Online Ordering/Store Policies: Each online order will have a minimum two to four week order time from time of order. Please call the location nearest to you for a more detailed in store pick up time. Occasionally products will require a longer order period than the normal 2 to 4 week time frame.   The credit card with identification must be present for in store pick up, the person placing the order online must be present for pick up. Customers must present original receipt/email when picking up furniture. Furniture that is “unclaimed” by purchasers for more than 90 days will revert to the ownership of the store. 

In store pick up loading disclaimer: Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Oak Furniture Liquidators and Sofa Liquidators as follows: Buyer desires that the store, its agents, or employees assist with loading and/or tying down furniture, which buyer has purchased from the store/online, despite the store’s informing the buyer that its insurance does not cover such loading and/or tying down of furniture. Buyer waives any claim which it might have against the store and its agents or employees relating to the loading and tying down of said furniture, including for any scratches, dings, tears, dents or other damage inflicted by such to buyer’s furniture or vehicle. 

Additionally, the store shall not be liable in any manner for any loss, damage, or injury to the person or property of the buyer, or buyer’s agents or employees, by reason of anything done, permitted to be done or suffered, or omitted to be done by the store, or stores agents or employees relating to the loading and/or tying down of furniture. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and save harmless the store and its agents and employees form any and all such liability, damage, cost and expense to protect the store against any claims therefore, to defend the store against any such claim that may be made, or any action that may be made, or any action that may be brought against the store, and to pay all costs and expenses of such protection and defense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds/Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving merchandise. Customer must present original receipt/email. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all internet purchases. Due to state law all sales are final on mattresses, no exceptions. No cash refunds will be given. Refunds or price adjustments will be refunded 3-5 business days in the same method of purchase.
